Private sessions are a great way to learn any of the martial arts we offer. It allows flexibility to work around your schedule and can consist of sessions focusing on technique, fitness, sparring, stretching and confidence building.
These sessions can be supplementary to your current training or a sole session to accommodate your needs. Our current offering of 1-2-1 training is BJJ and kickboxing. Take control of how you want the session to be delivered. It is a great way to excel and can also work well alongside any fitness and weight loss program. Other options offered are 'bring a partner' or small groups.
The coach will discuss your requirements and objectives and the session will then be tailored to meet your goals. A personalised training plan will be devised to ensure you are on track to achieve your goals. Whether you are a total beginner, at an intermediate level or advanced level, we cater for all.
