Monthly membership Fees. No joining fee, no long contracts.

Membership at Grapplers Den is provided on a monthly rolling basis and is collected via Direct Debit. By enrolling, you agree to a continuous agreement that automatically renews each month unless cancelled in line with the terms below.

A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel, pause, or make any changes to your membership.

• Notice must be submitted by email to info@grapplersden.com 
• Notice is only valid once it has been acknowledged in writing 
• The 30-day notice period begins from the date confirmation is issued 
• Any payments due within the notice period remain payable in full 

Failure to follow this process will result in continued billing. 

• Memberships may be paused for a maximum of two consecutive months. 
• To request a membership pause, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice before the start of the next billing month. 
• Pause requests received with less than 7 days' notice may not take effect until the following billing month. 
• After the two-month pause period, the membership will be treated as terminated unless reactivated beforehand. 
• Any return after termination will be subject to the current membership rates in effect at the time of rejoining.

Members are responsible for managing their Direct Debit mandate with their bank.

• Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your membership 
• Fees remain payable until the correct notice has been received and confirmed 

Failure to make payment may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access to classes 
• Recovery action for any outstanding fees 

GrapplersDen reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

• Class timetables 
• Coaching staff 
• Services offered 

Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, provided services remain available.

All payments are non-refundable once collected where services have been available.

Refunds will only be considered where required by law.

GrapplersDen reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership with immediate effect in cases including, but not limited to:

• Breach of gym rules 
• Misconduct 
• Behaviour impacting the safety or wellbeing of others 
• Safeguarding concerns 

Membership fees may be reviewed and amended periodically.

• Members will be given reasonable notice of any changes 
• Continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance of the new rate
• Starter pack - Valid for 3 months, no refunds
