Billing
Membership is monthly rolling, collected by Direct Debit.
Cancelling, pausing or changing your membership
We require 30 days’ written notice to cancel, pause or change your membership. Notice must be given by email to info@grapplersden.com. Notice is only valid once it has been acknowledged by us in writing, and the notice period starts from that confirmation, not from the date you sent it. Any payments due during the notice period remain payable. If you do not follow this process, your membership and billing will continue.
Pausing your membership
Memberships can be paused for a maximum of two consecutive months. We require 7 days’ notice before your next billing month — less notice may mean the pause takes effect the following month instead. After two months, an unreactivated pause is treated as a termination, and rejoining will be at our current rates.
Direct Debit responsibility
Cancelling your Direct Debit instruction with your bank does not cancel your membership. Fees remain payable until we have received and confirmed your written notice.
Missed payments
A missed payment results in immediate suspension of class access, and may lead to recovery action.
Classes & service availability
We may reasonably change our timetable, coaching staff or services from time to time. These changes are not grounds for cancellation or a refund.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable once collected, where the services were available to you. Refunds are only given where required by law.
Termination by Grapplers Den
We may terminate a membership for breach of our club rules, misconduct, concerns for the safety or wellbeing of our members or staff, or safeguarding concerns.
Fee changes
Membership fees may be reviewed from time to time, with reasonable notice. Continued membership is treated as acceptance.
Starter pack
The starter pack is valid for 3 months from purchase. No refunds.
