Membership at GrapplersDen operates on a monthly direct debit basis. By subscribing to any of our membership packages, you are voluntarily entering into a binding monthly rolling contract with GrapplersDen. Members must provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice before canceling or pausing their membership. This notice must be sent via email to our administrative team at info@grapplersden.com.
Please be advised that if the required notice period is not provided, members may be subject to any updated membership rates at the time of reactivation.
In accordance with our membership policy, all members are required to take personal responsibility for canceling their direct debit payments should they decide to discontinue their attendance at Grapplersden. Please be advised that Grapplersden will not issue refunds for any payments made, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, cancellation, or termination of membership. Members are strongly encouraged to review the terms of their agreement and ensure timely action to avoid unnecessary charges.
