Membership Terms and Cancellation Policy
Membership at GrapplersDen operates on a monthly rolling basis via Direct Debit. By subscribing to any of our membership packages, you are entering into a binding monthly contract with GrapplersDen, which automatically renews each month unless proper notice is given.
Members must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to cancel, pause, or amend their membership. Notice must be sent by email to our administrative team at info@grapplersden.com. Please ensure that confirmation of receipt is obtained. Notice is only valid once acknowledged in writing by a GrapplersDen representative.
It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their Direct Debit with their bank if they decide to end their membership. GrapplersDen will not process cancellations on behalf of members.

Members are strongly encouraged to review the terms of their agreement and take timely action to avoid unnecessary charges.
