Membership at GrapplersDen operates on a monthly rolling basis via Direct Debit. By subscribing to any membership package, you enter into a binding monthly agreement that automatically renews unless notice is given in accordance with these terms.
Members must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to cancel, pause, or amend their membership. Notice must be sent by email to info@grapplersden.com and is only valid once acknowledged in writing by a GrapplersDen representative. Members are advised to obtain confirmation of receipt.
Memberships may be paused for a maximum of two consecutive months. Beyond this period, the membership will be considered terminated and a new membership will need to be started at current rates.
It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their Direct Debit mandate directly with their bank. GrapplersDen cannot cancel Direct Debits on behalf of members.
Important Notes:
No refunds will be issued for payments already collected, including but not limited to non-attendance, late cancellation, or membership termination, where services remained available during the paid period.
Failure to provide the required notice may result in continued billing and/or the application of any updated membership rates at the time of reactivation.
